War of Legends’ Product Manager Mod Mac will be hosting a live Q&A session today (Thursday, 28 July 2011) from 7PM to 8PM BST. The session will take place in the Announcements forum of the War of Legends site. Here is Mod Mac’s official introduction:

I am Mod Mac and alongside my hardworking team we are responsible for the running of War of Legends. I have been working closely on War of Legends since launch in 2010 and worked alongside Mod Chris81 and Mod AnnaW (both who have since moved onto pastures new).

For some of the older players who might remember, I was the person behind the infamous “info God”.

Since the turn of the year our focus has been to get our own house in order. I fully appreciate your frustrations and there has been a number of legacy bugs of which we have had to resolve. I am confident that we are now have the process in place for fixing major bugs in game. Of course, new bugs will crop up (as with any game) and I promise that as long as these are escalated to us through the bug report system, we will be made aware of them and will deal with them as quickly as possible.

To ensure we can better support you Mod Craddock, one of our most experienced moderators will be responsible for all your general questions while Mod Alex will responsible for technical issues including existing and future bugs within game.

There is also another Q&A session scheduled for August.
